To fulfill express orders, the Balloon Plus Party Rentals team incurs additional expenses, including rush orders for balloons and materials, overtime payments to our team, and unexpected contracts. These factors contribute to the extra charges, which are passed on to the customer. We advise planning your event at least 15 days in advance for decorations and 7 days in advance for bouquets to avoid such fees
Yes, deliveries after 8 pm are possible, however, they are considered exclusive hours and will incur a surcharge of 30% on the total amount of your order. This is due to the nighttime hours for our workers or drivers
Helium-filled 11-inch latex balloons treated with Hi-Float will float for 8-10 hours. Mylar or foil balloons can float for up to one week, while bubbles will float for 2-3 weeks. Air-filled balloon designs can last for weeks indoors. Please note that balloons used outdoors are not guaranteed to last a specific amount of time due to varying weather conditions such as sun, heat, wind, and rain, which can affect their lifespan
Yes, you will need a structure. Please check the policies of your venue for further guidance
Unfortunately, this budget is not realistic. The starting price for structures alone is $100, and the cost of garlands and installation are separate
A realistic budget would be at least around $600. However, the price may vary depending on the distances and specifications of each design or application
Once you have set a pickup time, any additional time that our team is kept waiting will result in additional expenses that you will need to pay immediately. This commitment is outlined in your contract. It’s important for customers to anticipate these times and adhere to previous agreements. Once a pickup time is scheduled, our driver will collect the rentals at that time, regardless of whether your event has ended. We typically send a text message to the person who hired us to notify them that we’re on our way. This allows them to take any final pictures, have a last bite of cake, or wrap up any remaining tasks before the breakdown
No, it does not. Whether you contact us by phone, email, or social media, your request is not considered a confirmed order until it has been processed, reviewed, and payment has been received. You will receive an email confirmation for our service with the specified time and date once your order is accepted
Garlands and arches should be hung from a wall or structure as they do not float on their own.
Balloons may be lightweight, yet ensuring the stability of our designs requires careful consideration of secure tie points. We assess various options such as exposed beams/ductwork, drop ceilings, bannisters, pre-existing hooks and nails, magnetic surfaces, light sconces/fixtures, and physical backdrops (either provided by the client or available for rental) to guarantee the desired design’s safety and integrity.
